Our agency strives to deliver the best service to both our clients and candidates. Because our recruitment process is very selective we register only the best candidates with experience and qualifications. All our nannies are personally interviewed, background checked and must hold relevant certificates to pass the registration process.
1) The Interview
We personally interview all candidates face-to-face or via Skype. During this interview we observe their appearance, language and attitude, and gain better knowledge of their experience, employment history and qualifications. While meeting the candidates is necessary in order to check their identity it also helps us to get to know the candidate better and find the right match for our clients.
2) Background check
After the initial interview we check:
- the candidates’ identity against their passport or drivers licence
- any certificates or qualification validity
- the validity of ‘Working With Children’ certificate
- contacting at least 2 previous employers who have given a written reference to confirm the competence of each candidate
3) Contact with clients and candidates
We put forward only the candidates that best match the client’s requirement with their experience, qualification and personality.
We then arrange for a phone / Skype or face-to-face interview between the client and the selected candidates.
Both clients and candidates will be equipped with all the relevant information and help prior to the interview,
4) Follow up
After the successful candidate is placed we will get in touch with the client and the nanny or maternity nurse to make sure everyone is happy. We also offer unlimited help and advice at any time should issues arise.
